Seller/Servicers may use the updated version of the form immediately if they choose to.

Freddie Mac is extending the mandatory use date for the revised Form 1077, Uniform Underwriting and Transmittal Summary. This means Seller/Servicers are not required to use the revised form on or after February 1, 2020, as announced in Single Family Seller/Servicer Guide Bulletin 2019-7. However, Seller/Servicers may use the updated version of the form immediately if they choose to. Also as announced in Bulletin 2019-7, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae continue to jointly review this form and are discussing additional changes. Freddie will notify Seller/Servicers of those changes and the new effective date for the revised form in a future Guide Bulletin.
